In a few days is Christmas. Time for us to review the past year and to express our gratitude to you!

This year, more than 100 new features were implemented. Aside small and practical innovations, also great functions were realised. You can find their descriptions at the flexyPage homepage. We would like to sincerely thank you for the good cooperation and your confidence in us. All of us join in wishing you a wonderful and restful Christmas season, as well as a contemplative end to the year.

Our 'Best of' flexyPage innovations 2016

When developing, the focus was on the enhanced security level, performance improvements and enhanced user interface optimisation. The Webeditor appears as visual persuasive and functional, with improved loading time, structured menus and detailed displays of, for example, pop-up system information and network status. A further aspect is the support of Russian, Farsi, Arabic and Chinese as additional menu languages. Also, much has happened in respect of the display models and sizes, for instance the addition of the 15,1” panoramic display.
The newest widget development additions among many others include the weather widgets, guest call, next stop and a journey counter. Additional, several new special functions were developed, such as the PIN code for lift button widgets. Especially useful are the advanced widget functions. Greater opportunities for text creation are given through the support of OpenType fonts and HTML tags. Other useful tools for creating screen designs in the Webeditor configurator are the undo/redo and copy’n’paste functions. For configuration purposes, the new screenshot feature can be used for pixel accurate remote revision of the display’s content. The integrated energy saving system ensures the long-term and lasting reduction of energy demand, as well as the display's better durability.
Anyone who owns a flexyPage device benefits of the new features. The latest firmware update can be installed directly online through the Webeditor. For offline devices, it is possible to perform a file update. The file can be downloaded and installed through the use of an USB stick.
