We want to use the flexyPage System in the elevators and additionally in our lobby to welcome our visitors. Can we use our existing digital signage monitors with flexyPage controller?
Answer:
Yes you can use our flexyPage Boxed controller to use flexyPage Campaign on your existing monitors in the lobby. You can connect the flexyPage media controller via HDMI cable with your monitor.
Please adjust the following settings on your monitor for the best user experience.
Configuration HDMI Screens
HDMI screens can have different options/settings which are important. The following list should name all options which we have detected on different screens.
- Please test if TurnOn/TurnOff by disabling HDMI signal is working
- Enable CEC to allow TurnOn/TurnOff, if disabled HDMI signal isn't working. You should also checking, if there's an option to turn off device after long range of no HDMI connection.
- Set PowerOnSource to used HDMI interface
- Disable EnergySaving options (e.g. No Powerdown after 4 hours of no user input)
- Enable AutoTurnOn/Restore last state when power supply is connected
- Check if it's possible to disable bootlogos.
